About  Us

Long story short

With a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and 20 years of experience training and managing in fitness centers in Lincoln, it is safe to say that helping others has always been my passion. I’ve been lucky enough to work with health professionals from many different disciplines and backgrounds. Every collaborative effort has helped round me into a better trainer, manager, and person.

My family and I are very happy to be a part of the Hickman community and the Norris District. It is amazing to see how this area is growing and I am excited for the opportunity to utilize what I have learned to help improve the health of our members.

As we all know, there are many health benefits to exercise. The one I feel that is most powerful is one that is not mentioned often. It is the benefit of relationships. In fitness centers, relationships are formed every day with other members, trainers, and instructors. These positive relationships are often what motivates us to get to the gym when we are tired or push us to work a little harder. It is my goal that Titan Fitness will be a place that is full of such relationships that will provide a positive and motivating environment for members.
